Our Story

Our story begins in a small village in France. Children would flock to Peter the local baker to feast on the delicious pudding produced daily. Peter's pudding was so enticing, the patisserie would run out of pudding within hours. Peter named the pudding Magnolia as the vanilla-licorice scent and flavour resembled the smell of the Magnolia flower. Inspired and reinvented by the creators of Chocolates Del Mondo, a new world of desserts has entered the streets of Sydney. Magnolia Patisserie specialises in decadent puddings, cakes and foods created by our Artisan chefs. The French style bakery also provides a savoury menu with healthy and delicious foods. Our signature recipe is the Magnolia Patisserie Vanilla pudding. We invite you to experience our journey, the journey of Magnolia Patisserie.
